you remind me of driving
through country lanes in the
dead of the night

knees drawn to my chest
and the radio static filling
the spaces between my
cell membranes,
cytoplasmic fatigue

and the staccato jolts
of the car might be
unsettling but they never
leave me as restless as
the way your lips used to
curve around the sound of
my name
i have nothing to say apart from the fact that i'm glad i finally wrote something after so many failed attempts this week

aw, thank you so much. good stuff really isn't all that rare some amazing deviants that i know of are =ssolaris, ~itselliegasp, *toxic-nebulae, and =Sammur-amat, just to name a few. i hope you find some work that you love, i highly doubt that you won't. :heart:
